MAMONT IVORY is a smooth super-premium organic vodka

The base of MAMONT IVORY is 100% organic malt alcohol produced from wheat, barley and millet.

The Itkul distillery uses a traditional process of grain malting: soaking, germination, mashing – that creates natural yeast and therefore ensures natural fermentation.

This process, unique to vodka production in Siberia, explains the smooth taste of MAMONT IVORY.

The spirit is then combined with Altai artesian water from our own wells 170 m deep and filtered through silver birch charcoal enriched with silver ions for extra smoothness and crystal purity.

Extracts of Altai natural elements are added to the original recipe — buds of pine and birch, spruce needles, moss and whole pine nuts. It creates a silky soft taste, a pleasant dry aftertaste and a delicate enveloping bread aroma.

The word "IVORY" reflects the noble character of vodka — a metaphor that embodies fortitude, exclusivity and rare human qualities that are so difficult to find in our urban life.

To create MAMONT IVORY we have chosen one of the ecologically best-preserved regions of Siberia — the Altai.

MAMONT IVORY was created in the oldest operating distillery in Siberia — The Itkul Distillery, founded in 1868. It is the only in-house manufacturer of malt spirits in Altai.

Nature in this region, especially grain fields, is far from industries and cities. Lands are preserved, untouched from any fertilisers or pesticides and follow strict quality control.
